Merry Museum Christmas

Friday, December 5th

Open House - Friday, Dec. 5th 5:00pm-8:00pm

Upon arriving at the Museum, guests will see an old Ford Model T car sitting in the front all decorated for Christmas. Have your photograph taken as a Christmas souvenir.

At the end of the parking area, you are greeted by a beautiful Nativity scene, with Baby Jesus, the Blessed Mother Mary and Joseph, while the wisemen and animals surround them.

Before entering the Thomas Marshall home, you will be greeted by many outdoor Christmas characters. From Santa and his reindeer to Frosty the Snowman, and don't forget Olaf, he just likes warm hugs! Two toy soldiers stand guard at the front porch, protecting Santa's Mailbox.

The Thomas Marshall home is beautifully decorated from room to room with wonderfully lighted Christmas trees and decorations. Characters are dressed in time period clothing throughout the Marshall home. Children can enjoy reading in the library of The Night Before Christmas.

In the dining room, you will find goodies to eat and drink!

Letters to Santa - Friday, Dec. 5th from 5-8pm

On the front porch of the Thomas Marshall home, Santa's mailbox awaits children's letters! Children can write letters to Santa and take them to Santa's mailbox and drop them off! Santa will then personalize a letter back to the children.
